Do we need internet at the venue?+
No. Once activated, the app runs the whole event fully offline, no internet needed, no venue IT ticket. It only reaches out briefly to renew your license whenever it happens to be online.
What computer do I need?+
Any Windows or Mac laptop from the last several years. No special hardware, no GPU, nothing else to install besides the one app.
Do players need to download an app?+
No. They scan a QR code on the big screen with their phone's camera and play instantly in the browser, no app store, no account.
What happens when my license expires?+
The app simply stops starting new sessions and shows a clear "license expired" screen. Nothing is deleted - renew or top up and you're back in seconds.
Can I run more than one game per event?+
Yes - every pass includes all three types of games (Trivia, Reaction, Motion), and you can run them all at the same time from the control panel during your event.
Where do scores and player data go?+
Scores stay on the local machine's Hall of Fame during the event. Only aggregate, non-sensitive stats sync back to your dashboard for reporting.
