Terms of Service

Trellis Leads is operated by Henrique Paolinelli, an individual developer based in the United Kingdom, trading through the domain ismyapp.com. This isn't yet a registered company; if one is formed later (working name: Is My APP, or similar), it will assume these terms as the operating entity, and this section will be updated to name it.

Creating an organizer account, or using the Host App under a license tied to one, means you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

Keep your login credentials to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your organization's member list accurate.

You agree not to:

• Use Trellis Leads to collect attendee data without a lawful basis for doing so in your own jurisdiction.
• Upload templates, branding, or trivia content that's illegal, infringing, or harassing.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Host App or dashboard without a separate agreement.

Event packages and subscriptions are billed as described at checkout, processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the dashboard and the licensing/activation services, the systems that need to be reachable for you to buy, activate, and manage events. The Host App itself is designed to run fully offline once activated, so what happens during your actual event doesn't depend on our uptime at all.

If we fall short of 99.5% in a full calendar month, you can request a service credit of 10% of that month's subscription fee (up to one month's fee) by contacting us within 30 days. This excludes scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours ahead, and anything genuinely outside our control: your own internet connection, a Cloudflare-wide outage, or a problem with the venue's own network.

Either side can end this arrangement. If we terminate your account, you'll have a reasonable window to export your organization's templates and lead data before deletion.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Standard boilerplate, needs sign-off on the cap amount specifically.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, reflecting where Trellis Leads is operated from.

We'll post updates here with a new effective date, and note material changes on the dashboard.
